Our Return Policy:
No Refunds. Exchanges or online store credit ONLY on unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.
Return items must be received within 7-10 business days of the date the order was received by customer.
All merchandise must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any clothing with make-up, perfume, or similar stains will NOT be eligible for exchange or return.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you, by email, of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Once approved, your return will be processed and a store credit will be issued within 2-4 business days.
All sale items are final sale. Sale Items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanges.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see about availability.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Simply Elegant is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please make sure the information you enter is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in delays in shipping. Customer is responsible for all reshipping fees due to customer error. No refund or free replacement on deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by purchaser. Once tracking information shows "delivered", we are unable to issue credit or replace.
